  Out recent re-location from Sydney NSW to Huonville Tasmania was complex at both ends - stairs, steep slopes, parking issues, dirt roads etc, etc. The Kent operational guys followed the example set by the administrative staff we had be dealing with & provided great service. They were professional, obliging and worked to the principle that "we treat your possessions like they're our own". I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Kent Removals completed our move From Milperra to Camden very professionally. The guys handling the pack/unpack were very polite and very careful working efficiently. Very pleased with the total experience from start to finish.

  No point in insuring your appliances with Kent as they are unlikely to admit damage to your items unless they are banged up on the outside, even if they disconnected and packed the items. We had a bad experience with the team leader of the packing team who also bad mouths other customers and team in front of clients, and lies to cover her butt. The guys that did the uplift, drop off and box pickup we're great. Not a company we are likely to use again, unnecessary stress - very disappointed. Oh yeah, and the customer satisfaction survey they send out doesn't work.
